I was once again looking through my older sets of images when I came across this one I took very early last year. Its of Buttsbury Church which is about 2 minutes drive from my work, I took a set of 5 or 6 shots to create this panoramic scene.

One of the last set of images I took at West Wittering beach the other week was of our truck which is a Nissan Navara, I quite liked the density of the clouds at that time, so adding a little colour to them really bought them out a little more.

As I mentioned at the start of the week we visited a place called West Wittering, it is located close to Hayling Island and also Chichester. We spent a few hours there on the sandy beach which was great as the weather was very accommodating for a change.

I didn’t really plan to take any creative images here, but as I had packed my camera I decided to grab a couple of images of the set of beach huts on the beach.

On Saturday we decided to have a short break from the goings on with doing up the new house by taking a trip to the south coast, the first stop was a place called West Wittering where we stayed for a few hours on the sandy beach and then off to Brighton for a quick walk along the seafront. I decided to have a go with my 10 stop filter and capture the old burnt out West Pier  (you can view about its history here)

Unfortunately for those dead eyes among you I was unable to get a symmetrical shot as the left side of the pier is slightly longer than the right side resulting in a little off balanced shot

This image was a 20 second long exposure with very little post processing work within Photoshop.

I’m still flicking through my shoebox of older images, looking for ones that I have left behind for one reason or another due to the fact that they didn’t quite appeal to me at the time but as time goes on your mind can change so what wasn’t worth posting back then can suddenly jump out and become somewhat attractive to work on at a later date.
Anyway this was a shot taken last year on my visit to PA Woods to shoot some of their collection of classic cars. With this image I wanted a soft colourful blur effect with a heavy illustrative feel to it also a bit of extra saturation in the colours to hopefully give it a bit more character.
